PLAY WITH CLAY
Attend our upcoming DIY Pottery Event on Thursday, November 15th. Take a turn at the wheel or participate in our evening workshop…or try both! Here are a few ways to get your hands dirty:
OPTION 1 - WORKSHOP: Attend our Make Your Mug Workshop on Thursday November 15th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. During this workshop you’ll receive clay, instruction (from CLAY + CRAFT’s owner, Nicole Novena) and inspiration to help you create your own hand built mug as you create alongside others. Once dried, your piece will be fired, glazed, fired again and ready for pick up in two weeks. Cost: $60.00. Advance registration is required. A limited number of spots are available.
OPTION 2 - WHEEL EXPERIENCE: Sign up for a one-on-one, 50 minute time slot on Thursday, November 15th to take a turn at the wheel. You’ll receive clay and instruction (from CLAY + CRAFT’s owner, Nicole Novena) to assist you in creating your own, wheel thrown piece. Work at your own pace and receive as little or as much instruction as you’d like. Plus, choose one piece to keep. It will be fired, glazed, fired again and ready for pick up in two weeks. Cost: $80.00. Advance registration is required. A limited number of spots are available.
Can’t make it on the 15th?

About CLAY and CRAFT Pottery Classes in San Diego: CLAY and CRAFT’s vision has always been to be more than a one man show. Creating modern pottery has brought us so much joy, creative fulfillment and has taught us so many valuable life lessons. We feel selfish being the ones who get to do all the making and want to share our craft with others. CLAY and CRAFT classes in San Diego are primarily group or workshop type events but we’ve also held 1:1 wheel throwing lessons to allow others to play around on the wheel, work at their own pace and receive as little or much instruction as desired. Our pottery classes serve as a great outlet for someone looking to try a new craft or anyone looking for a little clay therapy.
